Who is this person? I barely recognize her (in a good way)!
A little over two years ago, I had a vague idea of what I wanted to do as a business owner, which I thought would be to speak and train on leadership.
I didn't have the knowledge, or all of the resources to really make it happen, but I figured if I headed in the general direction of my dreams, and paid attention along the way, I'd be a little further tomorrow than today (rinse and repeat).

I am thankful to say that I make a living speaking, facilitating, and coaching on Having Good Ripple Effect and creating more JOY!
If you are feeling like you aren't far enough, or aren't good enough, or don't know enough...I will tell you, it's one foot in front of the other....just get going!
