Yesterday I had the opportunity to speak to the Professional Women's Network (PWN) in Cedar Rapids. I loved the energy in the room and the community feel they create!!
We spent time evaluating our work and personal experiences (is it valuable or worthwhile), and thought about our circle of control, influence, and concern.
The group walked away with implementable strategies on how to create worthwhile experiences, joy, and of course Good Ripple Effect at work and beyond! They even created their own joy calendars .
