Tomorrow, I will be at the NICC 2023 Administrative Support + Staff Day! I’ll be leading a session on having a Good Ripple Effect.
This will be a day of celebration but also a boost for their continued leadership development.
We’ll talk all about how to:
Celebrate – The team’s impact and ripple effect and how much they do for the organization and beyond.
Build Culture – discuss how they individually contribute to culture and how to build on existing culture with attitudes, norms, and beliefs.
Communication – The art of giving feedback, managing up, and conflict resolution.
Resilience – We will touch on the circle of influence (how you show up), how to manage change, and how to stay resilient.
Note: I will also sprinkle in customer service and polish/professionalism strategies into the content.
