Good people bring out the good in other people.

Walking to my car at the end of the final session (feeling fully accomplished and slightly drained from all the people-ing), I kept coming back to the idea that, good people bring out the good in other people.

Few weeks ago I had an extra busy day, two leader coaching sessions in the morning, a mid-day virtual training (The Art of Giving Feedback) with an internet security company, and then a keynote (Secrets to Developing Positive Team Culture) with a large transportation company. It was the perfect mix of 1x1, small group, and large group.

My hope is that those audiences felt a boost of energy, equipped with strategies, and also the realization of the good they are doing in the world.
