Do you ever get something in the mail that makes you tear up? The kind of tears that stream all the way down your cheeks?
A friend of mine recently started making blankets and bears for people who have lost loved ones. She makes them out of their clothing items, and takes special care to incorporate pockets, zippers, and all the details.
The three bears in the pictures are made from my grandma and grandpa’s clothes. Not only do the bears bring back memories, but they also make me smile. I’d like to think that my grandparents are smiling down on me as I go on this crazy journey of adulthood, parenthood, businesshood, and beyond.
