This popped up from a year ago…it was my first official speaking gig (Leadercast Ankeny- the theme was Ripple Effect) and it was a milestone I don’t take lightly.
It was a big moment for my career, a day to remember for sure!
Special shout out to @Renee Murphy for inviting me to speak, you definitely created a ripple effect for me.
