It's Customer Service Week for their team, and I truly enjoyed talking about impact (ripple effect) and joy.

- How to take advantage of the 2-minute impact moments, they are everywhere. - Joy is your job - I threw out a few joy challenges, because if you wait for joy to find you, you might wait forever!
