As an entrepreneur, speaker, and coach, I have started to realize that a big part of being successful is just getting started or doing the next thing, it is the movement! And that is what I want for you, no matter whether you want action at work, with your team, or even for cleaning out the fridge at home.
This morning, while ironing (let’s be honest, I haven’t ironed anything in over a year), I was listening to an audio book, The Subtle Art of Not Giving an F***, and Mark Manson said something that I really needed to hear.
He said, “Action creates motivation”.
I needed to hear this because I often say to myself, I just need to get motivated to do [insert task here]. I do this with work on tedious items or things I am not good at yet, but I also do this in home life too…folding the laundry, organizing the garage, and oh, let’s not forget about cleaning the storage room in the basement.

Instead of waiting for the feeling to come to you, just get started.
Do something and it will lead you to the next bit of inspiration, which will create motivation to keep going, and then you will do more action and the cycle repeats.
I wish for you to create action in every corner of your life that you desire.
